The very next day, the client quietly added an anti-slip mat at the entrance. No lecture. Just care. She didn't blame anyone or make a fuss — she simply changed the environment to keep everyone safe. The entire team noticed this thoughtful act, and they, in turn, became more alert to each other's needs.
