My experience has taught me to understand people, anticipate their needs, and pay attention to detail. At Pinch, I focus on building trust, taking ownership, and making clients’ lives easier by ensuring their homes are well managed.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I spent around nine years with Air India as a Senior Cabin Crew member. Aviation taught me how to understand people, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate their needs. I realised that I enjoy helping people and making their lives easier. I wanted to bring this experience into a more personalised role, and Pinch felt like the perfect fit because it focuses on understanding clients, taking ownership, and paying attention to the little details that make a difference.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone’s home means taking care of their peace of mind. It’s about being proactive, noticing the small details, and solving problems before they affect the client. Whether it’s managing repairs or coordinating services, I believe good service means making life easier for the client. I always treat a home with the same care, respect, and responsibility as I would my own.
My edge
I believe my biggest strength is taking ownership and making sure things are genuinely taken care of. My nine years in aviation taught me to be observant, think ahead, and stay calm under pressure. I always try to understand people’s needs and make their experience easier, even before they ask. At Pinch, I bring the same approach by anticipating client needs, keeping their homes organised, and following up on pending tasks. If a problem comes up, I focus on finding a solution rather than simply passing it on. My goal is to make clients feel confident that everything is taken care of without them having to worry about the details.
A moment that matters
One experience I remember from aviation was helping an elderly passenger who was travelling alone and feeling anxious. I stayed attentive to her needs, explained the next steps, and coordinated with the ground team to ensure she received assistance after landing. She felt much more comfortable and thanked me for making her journey easier. This experience taught me how much small gestures and personal attention matter. At Pinch, I follow the same approach by anticipating clients’ needs, thinking ahead, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.
Something people don't see
One experience I remember from my nine years in aviation was helping an elderly passenger who was travelling alone and feeling anxious. I stayed attentive to her needs, explained each step of the journey, and coordinated with the ground team to ensure she received assistance after landing. By the end of the journey, she felt much more relaxed and thanked me for my support. This experience taught me that small gestures and personal attention can make a big difference. At Pinch, I follow the same approach by anticipating clients’ needs, thinking ahead, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.
Off the clock
My ideal Sunday starts with a slow morning, a good cup of coffee, and no rush to get anywhere. I enjoy listening to music, spending time with family, and sometimes going out for breakfast or exploring a new café. I also like keeping things organised for the week ahead. I appreciate the little things in life, like good food, a comfortable home, and meaningful conversations. I believe these small details make everyday life more enjoyable, which is something I connect with deeply at Pinch.
