Before Pinch
My professional background is mainly in travel and hospitality, with the past 6–7 years spent working on part-time and full-time remote projects in corporate travel and data management. Managing a home personally has helped me understand the value of planning, organization, and efficient coordination behind the scenes. I believe a well-managed home brings peace of mind, improves productivity, and creates a positive living environment. Good communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate with people are equally important in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
How I work
For me, managing someone’s home means creating a peaceful, comfortable, and well-organized environment where everything is taken care of. It involves understanding the family’s needs, paying attention to details, and handling daily responsibilities with care. I believe a well-managed home brings peace of mind and allows people to focus on what matters most while enjoying a smoother, happier daily life.
My edge
One of my key strengths is staying organized while maintaining attention to detail. My experience in travel, hospitality, and data management has helped me become proactive, adaptable, and focused on finding solutions. I understand the importance of anticipating needs, managing responsibilities efficiently, and communicating effectively. These skills help me create a comfortable, organized, and well-managed environment for the Patrons
A moment that matters
In one of my previous roles as a Travel Manager, I helped a client who wanted to attend his only daughter’s graduation ceremony but had not booked flights in advance. When he contacted me, flights seemed fully booked, and he was extremely stressed because the occasion meant so much to him. I took ownership of the situation and worked closely with our inventory team to find a solution. Fortunately, we arranged flights for him and his family a day before the ceremony. Later, he sent me a written appreciation, calling me an “angel.” This experience taught me that going the extra mile is not just about solving problems; it is about giving people peace of mind and helping them create meaningful memories.
Something people don't see
It’s not just about maintaining cleanliness and organization; it’s about anticipating needs, managing daily tasks efficiently, prioritizing time, and ensuring everything is taken care of before any issues arise.
Off the clock
Sunday mornings at our home are usually calm and relaxed, giving us time to enjoy being together as a family. After breakfast and finishing the household chores, we spend the day pursuing our hobbies, while the kids enjoy playing outdoors. In the evening, we may go out for dinner or enjoy a special meal at home, watch a movie, and unwind together. For me, Sundays are about balancing a well-managed home with quality family time and appreciating the simple pleasures of life.
