My luxury hospitality experience has taught me to understand people’s needs, take ownership, and pay attention to the smallest details. At Pinch, I aim to build trust, anticipate client needs, and make their lives easier by ensuring their home is well taken care of.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked with JW Marriott, W Hotels, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, mainly in Food & Beverage and guest experience. I enjoy interacting with people, understanding their needs, and solving problems. I believe in taking ownership and creating memorable experiences that leave a positive impression, which is what drew me to this role.
How I work
For me, taking care of someone’s home is all about trust, comfort, and responsibility. My hospitality experience has taught me the importance of safety, attention to detail, and understanding individual needs. I believe in respecting personal space, following preferences, and ensuring everything is well taken care of. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and relaxed, knowing their home is in safe hands.
My edge
I would describe myself as patient, honest, and detail-oriented. I prefer to understand things properly rather than rush, and I pay attention to even the smallest details. I believe in being transparent and responsible in my work, especially when someone trusts me with their home and belongings.
A moment that matters
Although I’m new to this kind of work, my hospitality experience has taught me how to anticipate people’s needs. I once helped a guest who was stressed about an early flight by arranging breakfast, preparing their bags, and coordinating transport. The guest appreciated how smoothly everything went. This experience taught me that even small, thoughtful actions can make a big difference.
Something people don't see
I believe people don’t always realise how much thought and attention goes into the little things. Managing a home is not just about keeping it clean or completing daily tasks; it’s about anticipating needs, remembering personal preferences, staying organised, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s about creating a comfortable environment where things are taken care of before they become a concern, so the person can feel at ease without having to worry about the details.
Off the clock
Honestly, my ideal Sunday is all about taking things slow. No alarm, no rushing, just waking up late and enjoying a relaxed morning. I love spending some time in the kitchen, experimenting with different dishes and cooking something delicious for myself. For me, a good homemade meal and a peaceful, unhurried day are what make a perfect Sunday.
