My hospitality and events experience has taught me to stay calm, organised, and anticipate needs. I bring the same thoughtful and reliable approach to making everyday life smooth and effortless.

Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I worked across hospitality, airport operations, and MICE and event operations. My most recent role involved managing corporate events, incentive trips, vendors, logistics, and client requirements from planning through execution.
What drew me to lifestyle management is the opportunity to use those skills in a more personal way understanding someone’s preferences, anticipating their needs, and making their day run a little more smoothly.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone’s home is about trust, attention to detail, and understanding the little things that matter to them. It’s not just about completing tasks; it’s about creating a comfortable, well-organised environment where everything feels taken care of.
My edge
I would say staying calm and organised when there are multiple things happening at once. My background in events and hospitality has taught me to anticipate problems, communicate clearly, and find solutions quickly without letting the pressure affect the experience.
A moment that matters
In my previous MICE role, I worked on a large corporate offsite involving around 1,000 guests, with multiple vendors, logistics, guest movements, and artist requirements to coordinate. There were many moving parts, so I focused on anticipating requirements and resolving issues before they reached the client. Seeing everything come together smoothly and knowing the client could enjoy the event without having to worry about the operational details was one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Something people don't see
I think people often don’t see how much anticipation goes into making something feel effortless. Good home management involves remembering preferences, planning ahead, coordinating different people, checking small details, and having a backup plan when something doesn’t go as expected. When it’s done well, the person simply feels that everything is naturally in place.
Off the clock
My ideal Sunday morning is slow and simple. I like starting with a good cup of coffee, having a relaxed breakfast, spending some time with family or getting out for a little change of scene. It’s usually my time to reset before the week begins.
