My hospitality experience has taught me to anticipate needs, take ownership, and pay attention to details. I bring the same thoughtful and reliable approach to making everyday life easier for people.

Before Pinch
I have around 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, mainly in reservations and guest experience. My role involved working closely with guests, understanding their requirements, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. What I have always enjoyed most is understanding people’s needs, sometimes even before they express them, and making their experience easier and more comfortable. This is what attracted me to this kind of work: the opportunity to bring the same attention to detail, ownership, and service mindset into someone’s everyday life and home.
How I work
To me, taking care of someone’s home means treating it with the same care, respect, and responsibility as I would my own. It is about being trustworthy, attentive, and mindful of even the smallest details. A home is deeply personal, so I believe it is not just about completing tasks, but about making people feel comfortable, confident, and assured that everything is being taken care of properly.
My edge
I would say my biggest strengths are anticipating needs and paying attention to the small details. My experience in hospitality has taught me to understand requirements, stay calm when handling multiple things at once, and find solutions without making the guest feel the pressure behind the scenes. I naturally take ownership of my responsibilities, and I believe this makes a real difference when someone is trusting you with something as personal as their home.
A moment that matters
One moment that has stayed with me from my hospitality career was helping a guest during a difficult personal situation. I took the time to understand their needs, coordinated with the relevant teams, and made sure everything was handled smoothly without adding to their stress. The guest later personally thanked me for making a difficult day a little easier. That experience reminded me that great service is not always about doing something big, but about noticing what someone needs and quietly taking care of it.
Something people don't see
I think people often don’t realize how much planning and attention goes into keeping a home running smoothly. It’s not just about completing tasks, but also about remembering small details and anticipating what needs to be done. It involves coordinating people and services and making sure things are taken care of on time. My hospitality experience has taught me that when everything is managed well, it looks effortless from the outside, but there is a lot of thought and organisation behind it.
Off the clock
I enjoy slow Sundays at home with a cup of tea, a good breakfast, and some time to get organised for the week. I love cooking and spending time at home, so Sundays are usually about relaxing and enjoying things at my own pace.
