Before Pinch
Before joining Pinch, I handled guest service management at the Oberoi Group of Hotels, where I developed a deep, uncompromising understanding of guest relations and their evolving requirements. Building on that foundation, I transitioned to Housr, where I handled operations management for premium co-living spaces, mastering the logistical and execution side of hospitality.

What drew me to this kind of work is a genuine passion for people and a thirst for a new adventure every single day. I thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are identical, and joining Pinch felt like the perfect next step to channel my customer-centric mindset into an exciting, impactful role.
How I work
I believe efficiency has no alternative. A home is a person’s absolute sanctuary, which makes managing it a massive responsibility. There is nothing more satisfying than being the reason it runs like clockwork.
My edge
Persistence—because making the impossible look effortless requires a stubborn refusal to take 'no' for an answer.
A moment that matters
Having worked in hospitality, you inherently become proactive in nature. A guest checked in looking incredibly stressed. The airline had misplaced his luggage, which contained key documents and clothes for a major presentation he had the following morning.

Seeing how worried he was, I took his flight details and claim tag. Instead of just giving him the standard airline helpline number, I called the airport’s baggage desk directly and kept following up with them every hour.

Around 9 PM, they finally located the bag. I coordinated with a local courier service to pick it up and bring it straight to the hotel. When I delivered it to his room, he was incredibly relieved, thanking me for saving him from a really stressful morning.
Something people don't see
A flawlessly run home relies entirely on the invisible details you only notice if they aren't done.
Off the clock
My Sunday mornings are all about a slow, quiet start.

My perfect routine is simple: diving into a good book, enjoying my own company, and just being alone with my thoughts. It’s my dedicated time to unplug, reflect, and completely recharge for the week ahead.
