Before joining Pinch, I worked as a Lifestyle Manager at a luxury concierge company, where I managed a wide range of lifestyle requests for HNI and UHNI clients, including travel, dining, events, gifting, experiences, and personalized assistance. What inspired me to pursue this role was the opportunity to simplify people's lives through thoughtful and personalized support. I enjoy understanding individual preferences, anticipating needs, and creating seamless experiences that save clients time and make their lives easier.
To me, a home is much more than just a place to live—it is a space of comfort, safety, and belonging. Every home reflects the personality, preferences, and lifestyle of the people who live in it. It is where we return after a busy day to relax, recharge, and feel at peace. That is why caring for someone's home is a responsibility I take seriously. It is not just about completing tasks, but about respecting the space, paying attention to every detail, and creating an environment of comfort, trust, and peace of mind for the family.
Research and resourcefulness are among my greatest strengths. I enjoy understanding a requirement in depth, exploring the best possible options, and finding practical, thoughtful solutions. I take pride in connecting the right information, resources, and people to ensure everything comes together smoothly and efficiently.
In my previous role, I regularly managed time-sensitive and personalized client requests. One memorable request involved arranging a special gift for a client's daughter, who was travelling in Mexico with her husband, within just 24 hours. I researched reliable local vendors, coordinated across different time zones, and successfully arranged the timely delivery of a beautiful bottle of wine and a flower bouquet. The client was delighted with the seamless execution and greatly appreciated the effort.
Something people don't see
Managing a home takes careful planning, organization, and consistent effort. A smoothly run household is the result of countless small decisions and thoughtful coordination happening behind the scenes. We often grow up seeing our parents manage everything so effortlessly that we don't realize how much work goes into keeping a home running well. To me, managing a home is much like running a company—it requires planning, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. From organizing daily routines and meal planning to maintaining every corner of the house, every task contributes to creating a comfortable, efficient, and welcoming home
My ideal Sunday begins with a workout or a leisurely breakfast at one of my favorite cafés. Recently, I've also started participating in early morning running clubs, which has become a great way to stay active, refresh my mind, and connect with new people.
